Yoga off the Mat

I am so excited and grateful to launch this new series of “Yoga off the Mat.” It’s been quite a journey for me to not only work on my yoga practice, but now to look at what it really means to practice “Yoga off the Mat.” We hear all these principles and techniques of what to do on our mats, but we are only on our mats for a short period of time.
